Land Leases

| Fields for lease:
Rice and bean fields.
Fields range from 40 to 300 acres in size.
All the fields are proven and water is managed by
our field manager.

Location:
Within two or three mile radius of Wabbaseka, AR..
Fields are also within six miles from the Bayou Meta Wildlife Management Area.

Price:
Fields are pumped and lease for $75.00 and up per acre. Fields are full season leases. These are proven fields. Price is based on field hunting quality and resources.
Field size starts at 40 acres and up to 300 acres are available for lease.

Lease Term:
The term of the lease is the full hunting season, beginning on the
later of the date that the lease is signed or the first day of hunting
and ending on the last day of hunting season. The lessee will be
allowed to come on to the fields at least one week prior to hunting
season in order to set up. However all personal property belonging to
lessee shall be removed on the last day of the lease.
Payment:
50% ($2,000.00 max) non-refundable deposit required with reservations.
Credit cards are
accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. THANK YOU.
Contract:
Lessee is required to sign a contract that is provided by lessor prior to paying the remaining lease amount.
Safety Rules:
The lessee and their guests will agree to adhere to all safety rules as set forth by the State of Arkansas when issuing its hunting licenses and permits.
Insurance:
Insurance is required by the lessee. The policy must carry coverage of $1,000,000.00 in liability coverage
and must protect the land owners. If needed, there is an insurance
company available that has inexpensive rates for this type of coverage.
Several of our lessees use this company.
Other:
Lessee is responsible for decoys, blinds and removal thereof.i Pit blinds are available in some of the fields.
